Nancy is a licensed permanent makeup artist and instructor, tattoo artist, piercer, and Sponsor Educator with years of hands-on experience in the beauty and body art industry. Her expertise includes nano brows, lip and eyeliner pigmentation, paramedical procedures, scar camouflage, scalp micropigmentation, and 3D areola restoration. She founded Elite Ink Studio to unite technical excellence, thoughtful artistry, and an elevated client experience.
